We’re in a new era of creation.

Ideas appear in seconds. Design can be automated with a prompt.

It’s fast. Impressive. It's everywhere.

As creativity becomes more accessible, it also starts to look the same.
And while technology can generate form... it still can’t generate feeling.

Taste is the difference.

It’s the invisible filter – the ability to sense what belongs and what doesn’t, to know when to stop, when to strip something away.

It’s the human judgment behind every decision that gives work its soul.

Creative direction has always been about discernment. About noticing what others overlook – rhythm, proportion, silence – and shaping those details into an experience. That’s something no machine can replicate.

The larger conversation around AI is complex.
It raises real environmental, ethical, and creative questions – all worth asking.

AI is powerful, but it’s also polarizing.

And yet, pretending it doesn’t exist won’t make it disappear.

Every generation has faced this moment – when innovation outpaces our comfort.
The printing press. The camera. The internet.

Each one was met with fear, then acceptance, then mastery.

AI is no different. What matters is how we respond.

It’s easy to criticize what we don’t yet understand.
But curiosity – paired with responsibility – is what shapes progress.

Because whether through pixels or paint, algorithms or instinct, creation still begins the same way:
with awareness, taste, and intent.

The future of design won’t be defined by the tools we use, but by the decisions we make – and the meaning we choose to create.
